In international practice, the tax authorities take measures to organize voluntary compliance by interacting with tax representatives instead of directly communicating with taxpayers.
There are more than 200,000 tax representatives in Europe. The European Confederation of Tax Advisers (tax representatives) (CFE) was founded in 1959 and is based in Brussels. The CFE brings together 33 national organizations from 26 countries, representing more than 200,000 tax representatives.
