Tax Advisory in international practice
In international practice, tax authorities take measures to ensure voluntary compliance by establishing relations with tax advisers instead of directly communicating and establishing relations with taxpayers.
There are over 200,000 tax advisers in Europe. The Brussels-based European Confederation of Tax Advisers (Lawyers) (CFE) was founded in 1959. The CFE brings together 33 national organizations from 26 countries, representing more than 200,000 tax advisors. Members: Austria, Belgium, Croatia, Czech Republic, Finland, France, Ireland, Italy (2 organizations), Latvia, Lithuania (observer), Luxembourg, Malta, Montenegro (observer), Poland, Portugal, Romania, Russian Federation, San Marino, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Switzerland, the Netherlands, Ukraine, Great Britain, Uzbekistan, etc. (https://taxadviserseurope.org)
